Hatha yoga consists of asanas (physical exercises) and pranayama (extension of the breath). This class starts with a breathing exercise, thereafter we will do a mild warm-up of the body, then some poses focused on relaxation and stress relief will be offered. The classes will always close with a relaxation exercise. This this the perfect class to end the weekend with and to start your new week relaxed! Relaxing Hatha is a perfect class for both beginners and more advanced yogis and yoginis.
