PUBLIC ONLINE CLASSES

We offer public online yoga classes live-streamed via Zoom.

All you need is a laptop, a wifi connection and some space to roll out your yoga mat. Bring your meditation cushion, blocks and a blanket if you have these props at home but do not worry if you don’t, pillows will work as well. Please keep your microphone muted during the class. It is up to you if you turn your video camera on or off. We start exactly at the time mentioned, but if you are running late you can of course still join.

In public online classes, our teachers will give clear verbal instructions and physical demonstrations, but they are limited in their ability to offer individual support. Please always keep in mind the general guidance in yoga: listen to your body. If you have questions or just want to get in touch with us please send a message to info@sofielievens.com.

PRIVATE ONLINE CLASSES

Online yoga classes with your colleagues, friends or family? Or an online class for one?

You can schedule one single private (group) class for €49,00 or schedule multiple classes in a row. All sessions are live-streamed via Zoom or via another streaming-tool if preferred. The amount of participants can range from 1 to 100 people. We offer different types of yoga classes and programs. Get in touch so we can create a tailor-made program suited for you or your group! Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga consists of physical exercises and breath work. In this all-level class you will be guided by the teacher, to increase strength, flexibility and concentration of the mind. After this practice you will find yourself both energised and relaxed.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, flow practice. In this class you will be guided by the teacher through a variety of postures to align your movement and breath. This class helps to build strength, endurance and flexibility.
