We offer public online yoga classes live-streamed via Zoom.
All you need is a laptop, a wifi connection and some space to roll out your yoga mat. Bring your meditation cushion, blocks and a blanket if you have these props at home but do not worry if you don’t, pillows will work as well. Please keep your microphone muted during the class. It is up to you if you turn your video camera on or off. We start exactly at the time mentioned, but if you are running late you can of course still join.
In public online classes, our teachers will give clear verbal instructions and physical demonstrations, but they are limited in their ability to offer individual support.
