Sofie Lievens Yoga offers live online-streamed yoga classes. The yoga classes will be streamed live through Zoom and will be taught in English.

All you need is a laptop, a wifi connection and some space to roll out your yoga mat. Bring your meditation cushion, block and a blanket if you have these props at home but do not worry if you don’t, pillows will work as well. Please keep your microphone muted during the class and it is up to you if you turn your video camera on or off. Please note that we start exactly at the time mentioned. If you are running late, you can of course still join.

It is not possible for the teacher to support individuals during the online class. Keep in mind the general guidance in yoga: listen to your body. If you want to ask a question or share anything on beforehand, you can get in touch via info@sofielievens.com. The Zoom chat will also be opened 15 minutes before the class.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga consists of physical exercises and breath work. In this all-level class you will be guided by the teacher, to increase strength, flexibility and concentration of the mind. After this practice you will find yourself both energised and relaxed.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, flow practice. In this class you will be guided by the teacher through a variety of postures to align your movement and breath. This class helps to build strength, endurance and flexibility.

Hatha & Ayurveda

In this class we’ll apply the principles of Ayurveda. We’ll learn how by knowing your doshas and ways to balance them, customize your daily practise to provide yourself with most support. This is an invitation to seeing yourself and your practise in a new light, from a new perspective.


In Ashtanga Yoga we will synchronize breath and movement, apply focused gaze and energy locks so as to transform the practise into a full mindbody experience. You will feel invigorated, centred and calm.

Guided Meditation

This is guided meditation on finding (1) Stillness in the body, (2) Silence in the speech, and (3) Spaciousness in the mind, rooted in the Tibetan Bon Buddhist tradition. It helps us cultivate awareness, inner silence and warmth, and leaves you with practical tools for your daily life.

Hatha Energy

Body’s Inner Intelligence. Vital energy. Spontaneous movement. Hatha Energy Yoga is a series of practices synthesised from Tibetan Yoga, Chinese Qi Gong, Hatha Yoga, Tibetan medicine and Ayurveda.
